PRESIDENT/CEO

With over 30-year experience in the Canadian Uniform market, Kevin is an Expert at product and business development. He is experienced in working closely with fabric mills in designing high performance fabrics, and with manufacturers in the development of NFPA garments.

 

Highly skilled in Developing and Writing garment specifications, he has Created and Managed Canada’s largest national uniform programs. He has overseen the contract department of a national company responsible for responding to all RFPs and RFIs, and managed the largest uniform sales team and uniform retail outlets. His experience in understanding, meeting and exceeding the requirements of both the end user and the distributor, in pricing, delivery and quality, makes him an innovative and inspiring entrepreneur.

 

JESUS ENCARNACION

VP MANUFACTURING

Jesus has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, and twelve years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He is responsible for evaluating and developing manufacturing methods and processes through Lean and Reengineering techniques, 5S and Kaizen Events, and has shown excellent performance in increasing product quality while reducing costs in all of Cima factories.

 

LUIS-FERNANDO SUAREZ

VP PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

With degrees in Graphic Design, Communication and Marketing, Luis-Fernando leads the Cima team in Marketing and Product Strategy, with focus on product design and development.
